Basic information
TSE series twin screw are designed for syntropy rotating structure.The mixed materials under the precision engagement of screw sleeve and the kneading block on the twin-screw make the multi-component materials achieving the best distribution and dispersion effect in the thermal conditions, which is the ideal equipment to produce top-quality powder coating.

Principle
After the materials into the hopper, materials are uniformly feeding into the screw barrel of extruder though the feed screw , and then by syntropy high speed rotation of a pair of  screw to transport material to extrude and melting mix, which the multi-component materials achieving the best distribution and dispersion effect in the thermal conditions.

Features:
1. Screw, screw barrel and driving parts are made of high-grade alloy materials,processed precisely with strict heat treatment. Performance is excellent and assures a long working lifetime.
2. The TSE is configured with a high-torque, low-noise, high-efficiency and compact precision gearbox.
3. The extruding chamber is provided with a high-efficiency water-cooling and heating device providing rapid warm-up. Multiple temperature zones are controlled within + 2ºC.
4. The shearing and kneading actions are excellent with strong self-cleaning capability.
5. Energy consumption is low compared with the high unit output, offering energy saving production.
6. Screw could be equipped with combination of spiral blocks and kneading blocks as required.
7. Metering screw is applied to the feeding process with a high level of accuracy. Integrated blender is designed to avoid blocking of materials along feeder wall.
