Pressure calibrator sensor failure, generally we can not be repaired in the field, only the replacement. If we did not find such as the diaphragm damage, oil spills and other phenomena, then the pressure calibrator sensor assembly can be detected as follows:
1, carefully pull out the sensor module outlet socket from the plug base.
2, check the internal diode circuit positive and negative bias: a loop is red and yellow lines, the other loop is the green and blue lines.
Now we use the multimeter to connect the red line to the positive pole and the negative to the yellow line. The sum of the resistances of the series circuits D1, D2, D5, D6 and R4 should be the same as the series resistance of the series circuits D3, D4, D7, D8 and R5 The sum of resistance is close or equal.
3, check the sensor assembly shell and the resistance of the four wires, that is, check the capacitance between the capacitor plate and the shell of the sensor diaphragm, the resistance should be greater than 10MΩ.
