1. It is not possible to remove the test wire directly when measuring inductive load, so as to avoid the safety of test personnel and equipment due to the discharge of inductance. The output of this machine is equipped with a discharge circuit. When the output is turned off, the inductor discharges energy through the instrument. Be sure to remove the test lead after the discharge instruction is complete.
2. For no-load regulator transformer, it is not allowed to switch tap changer during measurement.
3. If the power supply suddenly loses power during measurement, the unit will automatically start discharging. Do not remove the wiring immediately. Wait at least 30 seconds before removing the wiring.
4. When measuring, other untested windings should not be short-circuited to ground. Otherwise, the transformer magnetization process will become slower and the data stabilization time will be prolonged.
5. Check the power supply voltage before starting up: AC 220V ± 10% 50Hz.
6. During the test, please confirm that the device under test has been powered off and disconnected from other live devices.
7. The housing must be reliably grounded during the test.
8. Do not allow irrelevant items to be stacked on and around the device panel during the test.
9. When replacing fuses and fittings, use the same model as the instrument.
