In order to further accelerate the development pace of CNHTC Jining Commercial Vehicle Company and realize the goal of “30,000 for 3 years and 50,000 for 5 years”, according to the unified arrangement and deployment of CNHTC Group, Jining Commercial Vehicle Company has been operating since 2010. Started construction of A11 project (A11 project: acquisition of certain fixed assets of Shanghai Huizhong, development of a new cab construction project). After the project is put into production, the design and production scale is to produce 50,000 cabs per year. The total investment of the project is 300 million yuan, and the new building area is 35,000 tons. It is mainly built into body welding lines, body painting lines, office buildings and some auxiliary facilities.

After CNHTC Corporation signed an asset transfer agreement with Shanghai Huizhong Co., Ltd. on September 11, 2010, Jining Commercial Vehicle Company quickly held a general manager office meeting to study related relocation and construction issues. Subsequently, the "A11 Project" leading group led by the General Manager was set up, as well as technical and product development, relocation, project construction, and comprehensive protection work groups.

From October 9, 2010, a team of relocating personnel entered the Shanghai Huizhong Heavy Vehicle Factory to prepare for the first phase of the relocation in accordance with the relocation plan. On the one hand, the relocating team members discussed with the Shanghai Huizhong the specific relocation matters and handled all the access procedures required for the relocation; on the other hand, they were nervous to measure the size of all the station tools and movable equipment that needed to be relocated, and after a one-day measurement, preliminary estimates were made. The number of cubes and models required, measurement, and simultaneous identification of all objects were affixed and marked, and specific transportation plans were formulated to ensure the smooth implementation of the relocation.

The relocation work was divided into four phases: From October 18 to 23, 2010, the vehicles of the logistics and transportation company entered the relocation site and the prelude to the relocation was opened. The main projects to be relocated were 19 sets of cranes, cranes, fans, water pumps, and power distribution facilities.

At the same time, in order to reduce the cost of relocation, the company organized powerful transportation companies to carry out tendering and bidding work based on the measured data. After tendering, the price of transportation was reduced from 7800 yuan per vehicle to 6,700 yuan per vehicle. A total of 110 vehicles were transported, saving more than 120,000 yuan; in the demolition of traffic, network racks, and public power facilities and equipment, the lowest bid was adopted. The more than 600,000 yuan was reduced to 460,000 yuan, saving more than 200,000 yuan; the welding line demolition project saved nearly 70,000 yuan; only these few items saved the company several hundred thousand yuan.

Every morning at 8 am, the relocation team and the logistics and transport company held an on-site office meeting at the Huizhong General Assembly Plant to implement the vehicles entering the factory and loading and unloading forklifts, and to inventory the items that need to be transported on the same day. Each item is numbered in a unified way, with two vehicles in one unit, one in the vehicle, and the other faxed back to the person in charge of the delivery in Jining. They counted one by one and strictly ensured the safety of the cargo transportation. When the equipment was dismantled, Secretary Tang strictly removed it. The team shall perform safety dismantlement on the premise of ensuring the integrity of the equipment. All equipment shall be marked with a number, a number of equipment, and a subnumber of a part. Remove the bolts and nuts and store them in a unified box. When removing racks and other equipment, due to high-altitude operations, the operational risk factor is large. In order to ensure the safety of construction, the relocation team personnel perform safety inspections from time to time every day. All on-site personnel must wear safety helmets, and safety ropes must be worn when climbing. Acetylene bottles The direct distance from oxygen must be kept away from the safety distance. In order to ensure the progress of the project, the construction party shall be required to send additional personnel in time. The progress of on-site work shall be adjusted according to the construction schedule on a daily basis. Demolition and transportation shall be carried out at the same time. The construction company and the transportation company shall cooperate closely. Under the premise of ensuring safety, it is ensured that it will be completed in advance.

In order to give full play to the pioneering role of communist party members in relocation projects and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of relocated people to improve work efficiency and work quality, the party committee of the company decided to relocate the A11 project as the company’s “Party Pioneer Project” project. The entire relocation was completed smoothly and completed ahead of schedule. After evaluation, the company relocated the A11 project. "The company was awarded the title of "Quality Pioneer Project" in 2010.

It took the relocation team members more than 70 days to successfully complete the relocation task. The Shanghai-listed workers saw such high-efficiency construction that they all said with emotion: “This is the heavy truck speed!”

The construction of the A11 project and the second phase of the project officially kicked off in March 2011. After four months of intense construction, the current plant infrastructure has been basically completed, and equipment entry and commissioning work is being carried out in an intense and orderly manner.

The main leaders of Jining Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. strictly controlled the construction of the first-line supervision, and held several special meetings to emphasize the construction work. The technical department and supervision company strictly follow the evaluation system to supervise the construction progress and construction quality. Since the project broke ground, the technical department has held on-site scheduling meetings every day. Painting and welding workshops have been constructed at the same time. The number of foundation pits is about 400. To guarantee the construction progress, special personnel are assigned to supervise the construction progress on site to ensure construction quality. The basic excavation work was completed in advance.

After several months of hard work, the main body of the paint shop workshop and welding workshop has been completed; the utility power, water, steam and heating facilities are being installed in an orderly manner; welding line equipment and spraying line equipment have been installed in the factory. According to the plan, the installation of welding line equipment will be completed by the end of October 2011, and the installation of spraying line equipment will be completed by the end of November. Trial production and small batch production will be implemented by the end of the year.
Since the establishment of CNHTC Jining Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., it has been using an outsourced cab, which has a host of unfavorable factors. The production of the cab has severely restricted the company's development.

Jining Commercial Vehicle Company acquired under the right leadership of CNHTC Group some of Shanghai Jianzhong’s fixed assets. With its Mercedes-Benz second-generation cab as its prototype, the company designed and developed a new cab and broadened its product line. Now it has formed four. A series of products, namely: standard cab, extended cab, high top cab and medium and heavy truck cab. Jining Commercial Vehicles have the ability to independently design and produce cabs, and Jining Commercial Vehicles has completely independent intellectual property rights for new cab products.

The new drive draws on advanced technologies, experiences and processes at home and abroad, providing designers with design directions and references. At the end of 2011 or early 2012, the new cab will achieve low-volume production and be put on the market. In the next three years, it will achieve a production scale of 50,000 to 50,000 vehicles.
