The implementation of the project solved the problems of the pre-processing complexity and detection time-consuming of the common agricultural and veterinary drug residues and illegal additives, pathogenic pathogens of animal diseases (such as the H7N9 bird flu virus) and other hazards in agricultural products, and achieved the safety inspection of agricultural products. Four new breakthroughs: First, the developed integrated food safety detector can realize sample pre-processing, chemical pollutant detection, pesticide and veterinary drug residue detection, and foodborne pathogen detection, significantly reducing the cost of instrument procurement for testing organizations; It is a miniature hand-held time-resolved digital detector that has been developed for less than 4 seconds/time, has a detection coefficient of variation of less than 5%, has reached the leading domestic level, and has achieved digital quantitative detection of food safety hazard factors on the spot; The detection reagents can only detect the technical bottleneck of a single or single compound and develop a highly sensitive on-site detection test strip. The fourth is the integrated use of fluorescent nanoparticles, superparamagnetic, monoclonal antibodies, time resolution and other technologies to develop animals.
