Dynamical System:

The maturely disposed, powerful but economical Xinchai490,495,498BPG diesel engine and WF491GP gasoline engine meet the demand for noise and discharge. C240,4TNE92,4TNV94L,4TNE98 diesel and K21,K25,4G64 gasoline engines are for option. As for the transmission, with TCM technology, function is reliable.

Hydraulic System:

1. Hydraulic System rationally adopts supple and stiff tubes to reduce pressure loss, accelerating the lift of mast. Hydraulic units employ the seal units imported from Japan and passing thousand of tests.

3. Newly adopted advanced radiator improves the radiator cooling performance greatly. Advanced heat dissipation technology improves heat dissipation channel, which enhances the truck heat dissipation capability further.

Electrical System:

Comfort:

Construction Hoist Safety Device

Safety is one of the most important for Construction Hoist, thus the Construction Hoist Safety Device is required. SAJ safety device is a product of BQ. When a cage over-speeds the device should act cut off the power stop the cage on mast gradually. The safety device is adjusted and sealed. Do not disassemble it. The using time limit of safety device are signed on it`s nameplate. Safety device must be delivered to the factory and inspected after it reached to time limit.

Safety device board is the connected part between safety device and other structures, it can take the impact of stopping the cage. There are installed lower speed switch, upper travel limit switch and final limit switch, once the switchs touch the relevant cam the cage will act.
