Application
This advanced oil flushing machine is designed to remove harmful contaminants from new rotating and hydraulic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and significantly reducing the risk of premature failure. Proper pre-operational cleaning effectively eliminates water, rust, scale, weld slag, sand, dirt, and oils from the system, minimizing wear, scoring, and damage to bearings, control valves, and critical operating components. Insoluble particles can become trapped in bearings, causing severe damage. The dynamic oil film thickness in rotating bearings can be less than a micron, making it essential to remove particulate matter down to a microscopic level.
