The PVG conveyor belt features nitrile rubber and PVC on the upper and lower layers, with a single-sided tape thickness of 1mm-3mm and an incline angle <20°. STEEL CORD CONVEYER BELT General Steel Cord Conveyer Belt This belt uses new type steel cord as the tear-resistant element. It has high tensile strength, small elongation, excellent troughability, and high flexibility, making it suitable for long-distance, large-volume, and high-speed material conveyance. Tear Resistant Steel Cord Conveyor Belt Reinforcement layers of steel cable, steel cord, and fabric are evenly laid on one or both sides perpendicular to the lengthways steel cable. This provides excellent impact and tearing resistance performance. Tear Resist Belt With Detector The belt uses new type steel cord as the tear-resistant element. A phase shift sensor (coil) is installed between the core rubber and bottom cover of the steel cord conveyor belt at certain intervals.
