WHOLE CORE FLAME RESISTANT CONVEYER BELT (PVC/PVG TYPE)
This type of conveyor belt is divided into two categories: PVC and PVG. The top and bottom layers of the PVC conveyor belt are coated with PVC, with a single-sided tape thickness of ≥1.0mm and an incline angle <16°. The PVG conveyor belt features nitrile rubber and PVC on the upper and lower layers, with a single-sided tape thickness of 1mm-3mm and an incline angle <20°.
Structure: Made from the whole core via dipping and plastifying in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) dipping agent or vulcanization. It is fire retardant, antistatic, shock resistant, abrasion resistant, and corrosion resistant.
Application: Suitable for underground coal mine haulage and material transportation in metallurgical and chemical industries.
TECHNICAL DATA
STEEL CORD CONVEYER BELT
General Steel Cord Conveyer Belt
This belt uses new type steel cord as the tear-resistant element. It has high tensile strength, small elongation, excellent troughability, and high flexibility, making it suitable for long-distance, large-volume, and high-speed material conveyance.
Tear Resistant Steel Cord Conveyor Belt
Reinforcement layers of steel cable, steel cord, and fabric are evenly laid on one or both sides perpendicular to the lengthways steel cable. This provides excellent impact and tearing resistance performance.
Tear Resist Belt With Detector
The belt uses new type steel cord as the tear-resistant element. A phase shift sensor (coil) is installed between the core rubber and bottom cover of the steel cord conveyor belt at certain intervals. It automatically alerts and stops the belt when a tear is detected or abnormal operation occurs.
TECHNICAL DATA
NN/EP CONVEYER BELT
Application
EP/NN conveyor belts are suitable for long-distance conveying with high load, speed, and impact. These belts are mainly used in various industries for material handling applications, such as mining, power, transportation, metallurgy, machinery, logistics, agriculture, and other fields.
Features
1. Excellent elasticity;
2. High adhesion, good flexibility, and trough ability;
3. Anti-impact.
Strength specifications of EP/NN canvas: 100N/mm, 125N/mm, 150N/mm, 200N/mm, 250N/mm, 300N/mm, 400N/mm, etc.
Technical Data
GENERAL CONVEYER BELT
Application
General conveyor belts are widely used in metallurgy, building materials, electric power, ports, cement, fertilizer, mineral mountains, agriculture, etc. They are suitable for transporting normal temperature non-corrosive bulk, granular, and powder supplies under general conditions.
Features
1. Natural rubber thin belt body with high strength and light weight;
2. Anti-abrasive, impact resistant, and corrosion resistant;
3. Soft belt body, good flexibility, and excellent troughability;
4. Vulcanization molding;
5. Long service life.
HEAT RESISTANT CONVEYER BELT
Application
Heat resistant conveyor belts are mainly used for transporting high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, hot coke, clinker, and casting.
Structure
EPDM or SBR as the covering layer rubber, and high modulus low shrinkage polyester or nylon canvas as the strong casing ply. This type of belt can use heat-resistant woven glass fabric between the cover rubber and the layers to improve the working life of the belt.
Types
We can make it into endless conveyor belts as per client requirements.
