Hydraulic Butt Fusion Welding Machine TSD63-315:
This machine is designed for butt welding of pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-fitting of PE, PP, PVDF, and other thermoplastic materials. It can be used in trenches, on worksites, and in workshops, making it an ideal joining equipment for water and gas supply pipelines.
Features & Benefits:
1. A specially designed detaching device helps to remove the melted end of the pipe from the heating plate once the heating is complete.
2. A safety switch ensures the trimmer only starts when it's in the correct operating position.
3. A mechanical lock prevents the trimmer from disengaging during operation.
4. The removable heating plate is coated with high-quality DuPont PTFE non-stick coating and comes with a digital temperature controller.
5. The heating plate has a low temperature difference, within 7 degrees Celsius.
6. A steel stand for the trimmer and heating plate includes a locating pin for safe transport.
7. Equipped with a large pressure gauge, accumulator, pressure regulation valve, check valve, high-pressure hoses, and quick couplers.
8. Uses imported oil seals and Italian quick couplers.
9. Features a clear and easy-to-read control panel with strong meshed printing characters.
