The equipment can operate independently or in conjunction with jigs, screw separators, and centrifugal separators. This shaking table operates based on the differences in specific gravity of the feed material. It utilizes an asymmetrical reciprocating motion and the stratification effect on an inclined surface within a lateral water flow, creating distinct zones for minerals of different specific gravities. This results in high-quality concentrates, ease of operation, and adjustment. The table surface is constructed from ore sand or slurry, made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic or aluminum alloy. --- **General Structure and Main Components** The machine consists of three main parts: the table box, the table surface, and the frame. 1. **Table Box (Hyperbolic Link Mechanism):** When the eccentric shaft rotates, it drives the connecting rod upward and downward. As the connecting rod moves down, the toggle plate expands. The right toggle plate is supported on a fixed seat attached to the draw bar, while the left toggle plate rests on an adjustable support that only allows vertical movement. These supports are connected via special bolts. One end of the spring is mounted on the support, and the other end is attached to an adjusting stud disk above the fixed sleeve. The belt pulley, driven by the motor, rotates and pushes the toggle plate down, compressing the spring and moving the draw bar forward. When the connecting rod moves up, the table surface moves backward due to spring tension. This creates a continuous motion, converting rotational movement into linear motion. The stroke length is adjusted using a special stud, and the entire mechanism is enclosed within the table box. 2. **Table Surface (Aluminum Alloy Construction):** The working part of the shaking table is an aluminum alloy surface, which has an irregular quadrilateral shape. The outer surface is painted gray and coated with black lacquer 3–4 times. The original rifle bars can be replaced with dadoing, which runs parallel to the shaking direction. The dadoing near the feeding end is shorter and gradually becomes longer toward the lower section. Their finishing points are positioned diagonally, 50mm away from the discharge end of the table. A feeding box is located at the end of the table surface, next to one corner of the table box. A water tank, made of organic glass, is parallel to the feeding box. Both components are used to add flushing water, which flows through a rotatable rhombus rubber brake block fixed at the bottom of the tank. By adjusting the angle of the brake block, the water flow and direction can be controlled. This setup is known as the "right feeding box" and is installed in the right corner of the table surface. 3. **Bed Surface Installation:** The bed surface is mounted on two cast iron beams, which are fixed on sliding bearings.
