It has filled gaps in the integration of post-processing technologies and products for diesel exhaust pollutants with independent intellectual property rights and meet Euro VI emission standards, and has achieved good social and economic benefits.

It is understood that according to the research plan, on the basis of thorough investigation of domestic and foreign automotive diesel engine aftertreatment technologies, based on the DOC (oxidation catalytic converter), SCR (selective catalytic reduction) and soot combustion reaction mechanism research, completed the DOC, The development of SCR and CDPF (diesel particulate filter with catalytic coating) catalyst coating formed a catalyst solution that met the target performance, and completed the scaled-up production and performance verification of DOC and SCR. In terms of carrier production, through the selection of raw materials and process optimization, the research and development of 13-inch large carriers and particle trap carriers has been partially completed, breaking the monopoly position of imported products.

The phased results of this topic indicate that the function and performance of our country's post-processing system with independent intellectual property rights have, to some extent, been able to catch up with or reach the level of foreign advanced products of the same kind, which fills domestic gaps and breaks the passive status of long-term dependence on technology or product imports.
