On April 13th, Qingdao Shuangrui Marine Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. successfully completed the commissioning of the BalClor® ballast water management system installed on the “YOCHOW” wheel of the 34,000-ton bulk carrier at the Imari Plant of the famous village shipyard in Japan. Passed the inspection by the Japan Classification Society (NK), marking the perfect ending of Qingdao Shuangrui's first new shipbuilding ballast water project in the Japanese market. The ship is expected to be delivered to the shipowner on April 28.

        The BalClor® ballast water management system independently developed by Qingdao Shuangrui adopts filtration and branch electrolysis technology with advanced concepts and mature technology. It has been successfully applied to various ships; it has obtained CCS, NK, ABS, DNVGL, BV, LR, NK. It has been approved by internationally renowned classification societies; LISCR, JG, USCG final recognition and other qualification applications have made progress.

       It is reported that in May this year, Qingdao Shuangrui will start the pre-experiment work approved by USCG at the DHI land-based test base to further improve the standardization, applicability and international recognition of the products, and provide professional ballast water for the majority of ship owners. solution.
