Wuchuan Ships Contract for Xichang Satellite Launch Tower Steel Structure

Recently, Wuchuan has made new breakthroughs in the national key aerospace engineering field and obtained the contract for the non-standard steel structure manufacturing project of the No. 3 station tower of Xichang Satellite Launch Site. The project is an update project for the No. 3 tower to meet the requirements of the new satellite launch at the Xichang Satellite Launch Site.
The non-standard mechanical equipment is mainly composed of a rotary platform, a working platform, a sealing platform, a cable swing mechanical component, a tower closure, a rain cover and a pneumatic system, and is mainly a truss structure.
According to the contract, Wushu is responsible for completing the above-mentioned equipment manufacturing, testing, transportation and installation and commissioning. Due to the complex structure of the project, high manufacturing precision requirements, and tight production cycle, Wushu immediately organized relevant departments to carry out preliminary production preparation work after receiving the notice of winning the project. At present, the technical department has completed the design drawings and made the corresponding material procurement plan. The production department prepared the production site, equipment and personnel demand plan in advance, and the project plan was started recently. In recent years, Wuchuan has insisted on adjusting its structure and strengthening innovation, and has made heavy equipment manufacturing a key development target, and has made new breakthroughs in the national key aerospace engineering field. The undertaking of this project is another breakthrough in the field of aerospace equipment manufacturing.
