Khine Myint, secretary of the Myanmar Rubber Producers Association, said that this year’s severe monsoon rains have delayed the rubber production period in many rubber parks.
Some exporters said that because of the low price of international glue, they actually earned less. Myanmar rubber is mainly exported to China and also exported to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea, India and other countries via sea or land transport.
