The appraisal results show that the equipment of the reclaimed rubber production line has been sampled and tested by the National Rubber Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The equipment meets the performance standards of Q/XXS001-2015 Xinxiang Rubber & Plastic Industry Co., Ltd.; the production process is environmentally friendly. Requirements, product performance is good.
It is understood that the "recycled rubber automatic weighing and lowering machine" adopts single-chip cooling, automatic winding, dynamic weighing, automatic cutting and progressive load correction technology to realize the automatic operation of the reclaimed rubber weighing and lowering machine; The processing temperature is lowered, and the product quality stability is improved; the developed mountain-type double-edged tool can realize bidirectional cutting and improve work efficiency; and the low temperature crimping process can effectively reduce exhaust gas emissions.
