At the same time, according to the "Huang Biao Bus Elimination Award Fund Allocation Plan" in Changsha City, the central government's funding for the "Comprehensive Model Yellow Labelled Vehicle Elimination Project for Energy-saving and Emission Reduction" was subsidized to a verified subsidy standard of 10,000 yuan per unit.
