1.Introduction

NF-60 Automatic tube filling and sealing machine is mainly used for filling ointment materials into cylindrical capped tubes of Aluminum and palstic and sealing the tube ends. It complies with the standard of GMP, it adopts new type dosing pump of stainless steel butterfly vale, and the ointment weighting is very accurate by adopting the fine adjustment device of the filling screw. It adopts photoelectric register control and programed in PLC, very easy for operation and maintenance.

  • Precision filling, this machine adopt credible piston measurable filling valve, can easily adjust the volume, so the precision is very high.
  • The running of the mechanical hand unit for sealing machine adopt the airproof ball-bearing , all the sliding bearings in the machine use the self-lubricate , running stable , no libration and no noise , no pollution.
  • The appearance of machine is beautiful, and easy to clean, adopting the polished stainless steel and the compact structure. This machine can meet the GMP requirement.
