Diagonal Model Ceramic Belt Conveyor Cleaner is based on foreign technologyand the patented design (patent No.ZL2011 2 0473551.1) incorporating multiple alumina ceramic segments with uniquely profiled cleaning edges, positioned on two stainless steel aircraft cables threaded through each ceramic, ensuring optimum contact across the surface of the belt and a spring-loaded tensioning device providing positive contact and effective cleaning of all wastes. It can be installed on the belt with all kinds of environment.

The belt scraper of the diagonal has the function to be installed in smaller belts of 60cm to 1.20m in length. The belt cleaner in V of TMP is installed on conveyor belts for larger size of 1.20m to 1.60m in length,were developed to clean with maximum efficiency to the waste materials. |
