**Description**
The plastic granulating line is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, specifically for processing waste plastics such as PE and PP materials. It is commonly used for clean HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film flakes, clean PE bags, and similar materials. The system processes the material through a transmission system, extrusion system, cooling system, and collection system to produce clean and high-quality pellets suitable for reuse.
You can choose between a single-stage or double-stage extruder depending on the cleanliness of your raw material. This granulating line can be arranged in an "L" or "U" shape based on your workshop layout. Additionally, we also offer a plastic crushing and washing recycling line to produce clean dry flakes from dirty waste materials. Customization is available to meet specific client requirements.
