**Description**
The plastic granulating line is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, specifically for recycling waste plastics such as PE and PP materials. It is ideal for processing clean HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film flakes, clean PE bags, and similar materials. The system includes a transmission system, extrusion system, cooling system, and collection system that transform the raw material into clean, high-quality pellets ready for reuse.
You can choose between a single or double-stage extruder depending on the cleanliness of your input material. This granulating line can be arranged in an "L" or "U" shape to suit your workshop layout. In addition, we also offer plastic crushing, washing, and recycling lines to produce clean dry flakes from dirty waste materials. Customization is available based on your specific material and product requirements.
