Vibrating Screen Description

This machine can support up to 5 layers, but it is highly recommended to use 3 layers.

It has four available materials: all stainless steel 304, 316, contact part SUS 304, or carbon steel Q235A.
The voltage can be customized. Available voltages include 220/240/380/415/450V and frequencies of 50 or 60HZ.
It offers large capacity, compact size, high screening efficiency, easy screen replacement, and good safety performance.
The rotary vibrating screen is widely used for screening, grading, filtering, separating, and sieving of powders, pellets, and granules.

Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The machine uses a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, serving as the vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational track into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, which are then transferred to the screening surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights changes the trajectory of the materials on the sieve.
