Vibrating Screen Description

This vibrating screen can support up to 5 layers, but it is highly recommended to use 3 layers for optimal performance.

The machine offers four material options: all stainless steel 304, 316, contact parts made of SUS 304, or carbon steel Q235A.
The voltage can be customized, with available options including 220/240/380/415/450V and frequencies of 50 or 60HZ.

Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

This is a vertical motor that has eccentric hammers installed on both the top and bottom, serving as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change the rotation track into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, which are then transferred to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights can alter the trajectory of the materials on the sieve.
