INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed to be innovative, secure, and fast. Made from synthetic materials, they are suitable for most media-carrying lines such as fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are ideal for automotive applications. The design and production strictly follow SAE J2044-2009 standards for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product doesn't meet your needs, we can customize it according to your requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection. The operation requires only a small space, making high-density arrangements possible and increasing design flexibility.
2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings, designed for fluid resistance, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that the two sealing rings do not bond together. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings enhance mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

4) Working Environment of Quick Connector
These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
A quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps connect the two connectors. Pull back to ensure a complete connection. To repair or remove the connector, push the male connector forward and press the clip button, allowing the lock to expand and pull out the connector easily. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
