INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are made from synthetic materials and are ideal for various media carrying lines such as fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. They are designed to be innovative, secure, and fast. These connectors are specifically tailored for automotive applications. The design and production strictly follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If needed, we can customize them based on customer requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection, requiring only a small space for operation. This ensures high-density arrangement and greater flexibility in design.
2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber o-rings. These o-rings are suitable for fluid dynamics, resistant to aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This prevents bonding between the two sealing rings and enhances mechanical properties. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring no issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
A quick connector consists of a body, inner o-ring, outer o-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps to connect the two connectors together. Pull back to ensure a complete connection. Repair or removal involves pushing the male connector and pressing the clip button to unlock it, allowing you to pull out the connector easily. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
