G2/130 Differential Pressure Vessel Gas Permeation Meter Used to Detect Air Vapor Through Vacuum Blood Collection Vessel

Abstract : Vacuum is the power of vacuum blood collection tube to collect blood, which directly affects the amount of blood collected. In this paper, the Labthink blue light G2/130 differential gas container gas permeability tester was used to test the air permeability of the vacuum blood collection tube sample to prevent the air permeability of the blood collection tube from causing excessive changes in its internal vacuum. 1. Meaning

4.1 Test principle

When the air permeability of the container is tested by the differential pressure principle, a certain pressure difference is maintained on both sides of the sample. During the test, the treated hollow container sample is clamped on the test chamber. Then, the inner and outer chambers of the container and the entire system are evacuated. After the specified degree of vacuum is reached, the vacuum is stopped, and then the outer chamber of the test specimen is evacuated. The pure air is introduced so that the set pressure difference between the inner and outer chambers is reached. Under the action of this pressure gradient, air will penetrate from the outer chamber of the sample through the sample to the inner chamber, and the pressure will be monitored according to the change of the inner chamber pressure. The air permeability performance data of the entire container sample was obtained.

4.2 Equipment Parameters

5. Test process

(1) Seal the vacuum blood collection tube to be tested on the sample clamping structure of the device with a fast-fixing glue, and fix the sealing cover.
