The working principle of the impact crusher is: the ore enters the hammer strike zone from the feed port along the guide plate, and there are two different situations after the impact is broken. The small piece of material is thrown in the tangential direction after being impacted by the hammer; The material is thrown at an angle to the tangential direction due to the eccentric impact. The material is thrown at high speed to the counterattack plate, again subjected to impact crushing, and then rebounded from the counterattack plate back to the hammer strike zone, and the above-mentioned crushing process is repeated, and the ore collides with each other during the round trip between the hammerhead and the counterattack plate. effect. Because the ore is subjected to multiple impacts of the hammerhead and the counterattack plate and collision with each other, the ore is continuously cracked, loose and broken along its joint interface. When the crushed ore has a particle size smaller than the gap between the hammer head and the counterattack plate, it is discharged from the lower part of the machine, that is, the broken product.

The hammerhead of the impact crusher is fixedly mounted on the rotor, has a counter-attack device and a large crushing space. When crushing, it can fully utilize the energy of the entire rotor, and the crushing is relatively large, and can be used as a coarse, medium and fine crushing device for ore.
