Before buying foreign vehicles, the public must first check the emission standards of the vehicles and cannot easily purchase used cars from other places.
In addition, vehicles that are abroad for study abroad, court judgments, and vehicles that do not meet the National IV standards for purposes such as debt collection or donation cannot be transferred to Nanjing.
