Two single-power 9,600 kW 16V32/44CR mainframes were chosen because of the high reliability and energy-efficient design of the mainframe in demanding environments, including sub-zero 30C and extended expansion tasks.
It is reported that the ice-breaking supply research ship was purchased by Serco Defense Company through DMS Maritime Company (primary contractor) and will be built by Damen Shipbuilding Naval Shipyard (DSNS). This complex ship will be an integral part of the Australian Antarctic Bureau's plans for the next 30 years. The vessel will be delivered to the Australian Antarctic Bureau in April 2020, replacing the original research vessel "Aurora Australis" and will increase icebreaking capacity and cargo capacity, improve durability and operational flexibility, and become a high standard of environmental performance. And an icebreaker with the most advanced research, rescue and replenishment capabilities.
The vessel will be equipped with a moon pool, active wave shields, multi-beam sounding and scientific echo sounders, fishery sonar systems, hydrophones and underwater cameras to support a wide range of research in the Southern Ocean and Antarctica.
In addition to providing engines and related equipment, Mann Diesel & Turbo will also provide an internally designed selective catalytic reduction system to ensure that the new vessel will benefit from ecological protection in the original Antarctic environment.

One feature of the system is that its communication with the engine control system will optimize the temperature of the catalytic reduction system at a single point of load.

1) Belt Conveyor: The materials go into the crusher by the crawler belt, which is move by inside scroll wheel.
2) Label Separator: Remove the label from the bottles.
3) Manual Sorting Belt: If the label still in the bottle, worker can remove the label by hand. In addition, can separate the different color by hand.

6) Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the Hot washer to clean.

9) High-speed Friction Washer: After crushing material from enters the mouth, through the high speed on the axis of the blade flap and spray water to the common function of good cleaning effect.
10) Floating Washer 1: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the flakes cleaner and whiter. Also is the necessary equipment of the bottle and bottle cap.
