Techcross and Damen cooperate to provide ballast water system modification services

On January 24, 2017, Techcross, the world's leading manufacturer of ballast water management systems, and the Damen Ship Maintenance Port and Navigation Company signed a memorandum of understanding.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, Techcross will work with Damen to provide various services for the ship's existing ship modifications. Once the Ballast Water Management Convention enters into force on September 8 this year, it will give global shipowners a huge demand for ballast water system installation.
So far, Techcross has signed a memorandum of understanding with many of the top shipping companies in Singapore, Dubai, India, Malaysia, Spain and China to install ballast water management systems for customers.
