It takes time to reach 70% of domestic AMT penetration in Europe

The AMT gearbox , the main force of the truck automatic gearbox, good mechanical properties, relatively easy to control manufacturing costs, are widely used in trucks. In Europe, it has not been a smooth process. After decades of accumulated technology, European vehicles matching AMT can account for 70% of the total. And everywhere in Europe, vehicles equipped with AMT in China can be described as “few” and the popularity of domestic AMT will take some time.

Originated in Europe for several decades

In the 1960s, Europe began to study AMT. After decades of evolution, it began with semi-automated AMT to fully automatic AMT. The current AMT can be described with intelligence. AMT development process is relatively bumpy, at the beginning of the European problem is endless, with the strong input of many manufacturers, as well as the progress of electronic technology, after years of development, AMT is now very mature.

At present, Europe can be said to be the leader of AMT. The famous Mercedes-Benz Power-Shift automatic transmission, Volvo's I-shift, ZF AS-Tronic and so on. Its matching models have been introduced and sold domestically. Domestic drivers have given high ratings to vehicles that match AMT. Still need to popularize domestic AMT to gain momentum

At present, the penetration rate of AMT in China is less than 1%. In 2008, it can be said that it was the first year of Chinese truck AMT. In October 2008, the assembly of nine Nine-speed AMT models was delivered to users, setting the scene for the AMT era of Chinese trucks. The subsequent listing of AWT's Howo A7 in December was a further boost to AMT's promotion in the domestic market, officially opening China's AMT era of trucks.

Although domestic 2008 is the first year of domestic AMT, due to the imperfection of AMT at the beginning of the listing, the user experience is not very good. As a result, users are afraid of AMT, and users are distressed by various problems. AMT's development path is more difficult. Caused many AMT users to change the gearbox back to manual. The most frequently reported by the user is the inaccurate shift timing of the AMT. It is not possible to perform the lift gear according to the driver's intention. The main problem is system calibration optimization. As for the mechanical parts of the domestic AMT, it is still very reliable and there are no mechanical problems leading to vehicle outages.

After years of development, the domestically produced AMT gearbox is very stable. It is understood that the largest number of models that match the Liberation AMT has already operated 700,000 kilometers, and the heavy-duty AMT vehicles also have over one million. The current AMT system can still work normally. After many years of optimization, the AMT shift logic has been very scientific. It can lift and lower gears according to the driver's intentions, and the shift smoothness is also good. The impact of shifting is barely noticeable.

Two factions electronically controlled VS air control

At present, there are three main domestic AMTs: Liberation , Heavy Duty Trucks , and Fastest . Among them, the electronic control program is currently used for liberation, and the gas control program adopted by Sinotruk, Fast, and WABCO. Liberation and heavy-duty AMT have been applied in mass production vehicles, and Fast's AMT has not yet been widely used.

The liberation of AMT is an electronic control scheme, and key components such as shift actuator motors come from Bosch. After many rounds of road tests, the actual use of users, the reliability is still guaranteed, the control program has reached the 15th edition, the market's user feedback is good. The price of matching AMT models is just over 10 million more than that of manually-blocked models, which is fairly acceptable to users. More money is spent in exchange for this million dollars for better driving experience. Because there is no need to shift gears, the intensity of driving vehicles is reduced, and long-time driving will not feel too tired.

Heavy-duty trucks and fast gas are used in the air control program. The technology comes from WABCO. The solenoid valve controls the compressed air to push the shifting structure to complete the shift action. Heavy Truck's AMT has been on the market for eight years since 2008. At present, the control program of Heavy Truck's AMT has been developed to the 42nd edition, and shift logic and ride comfort have been very good. As the gearbox leader in China and even in the world, Fast has also introduced the AMT gearbox. Currently, it is only used on a few vehicles and has not been widely promoted.

The birth of new things will inevitably go through a process of growth, and so will AMT. After years of experience, the domestic AMT has matured, and it is not only foreign monks who will read the scriptures. The domestically produced AMT can also do very well. At present, more and more vehicles are equipped with AMT, and daily use has a good performance. The Filtration Process

How does the Filter press equipment carry out the filtration process? The feeding pump injects the slurry into the filter press from the feeding head.
