A: We usually pack our products in neutral cartons. If you have a registered trademark, we can use your branded packaging upon receiving your authorization letter.

A: We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before delivery. We will provide product and packaging photos before the final payment.

Q3. What are your delivery terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How long is your delivery time?
A: It usually takes 30–60 days after receiving the advance payment. The exact time depends on the order quantity and product type.

Q5. Can you produce according to samples?
A: Yes, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings. We can also develop molds and fixtures as needed.

A: We can supply samples if we have stock available. However, the customer is responsible for the sample cost and shipping fees.

A: Yes, we conduct 100% testing before shipment.
