The exhibition will take place from June 10th to June 16th at the China International Exhibition Center and the National Agricultural Exhibition Hall. Over 1,400 renowned car manufacturers and parts suppliers will participate, showcasing their latest models in an exhibition area spanning nearly 110,000 square meters. This year’s event introduces a brand-new electronic ticketing system, offering visitors a more convenient and efficient experience. The system includes online booking, electronic ticketing, and digital check-in. Visitors can now skip long lines by reserving tickets online and using e-tickets for entry. Additionally, the system features a card identification function, allowing entry speeds of up to 16 people per minute, significantly easing congestion at the entrances. To further enhance visitor experience, the show also launched SMS-based booking and guided tour services. Local attendees can send messages with specific codes—“reservation” or “guide”—to numbers 087007 (for mobile users) or 99227 (for China Unicom users) to book tickets or get information about exhibitors and locations. A new free shuttle bus service has been introduced between the two exhibition venues. According to Chen Nuowei, vice president of the China International Exhibition Group, the shuttle will consist of small buses accommodating around 20 passengers each, with 30 to 50 vehicles operating simultaneously. Buses will depart as soon as they are full, ensuring smooth transportation for all attendees. With these improvements, the 2004 Beijing International Auto Show aims to provide a more seamless and enjoyable experience for both local and international visitors. The event is expected to attract thousands of car enthusiasts and industry professionals, making it one of the most anticipated automotive events of the year.
