2 Monitoring safety measures for monitoring faults in underground substations

(4) The fault handling time shall not exceed 4 hours. If the fault cannot be handled underground, the substation must be replaced within 8 hours.

(6) After the substation is processed and the normal monitoring is resumed, the monitoring points set by the temporary portable instrument can be cancelled, and the on-duty personnel should make a record.
3 monitoring sensor fault handling security technical measures
