On June 2nd, the melamine combined plant chemical feeding test successfully succeeded and operated smoothly. By June 8, it had produced more than 750 tons of melamine and more than 700 tons of liquid ammonia. The new ammonia-carbon separation technology has the advantages of low investment, low energy consumption, high quality, and stable quality. Its exhaust gas treatment is the first to adopt a patented new energy-saving ammonia-carbon separation technology with complete independent intellectual property rights in the world. All the steam is obtained from the process waste heat in the melamine production process, and the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of liquid ammonia is only 35% to 40% of the existing ammonia-carbon separation process of other melamine tail gas. The produced liquid ammonia is not only oil-free but also has low iron ion content. At 1ppm, it can directly meet a variety of high-end needs.

Hongze Yinzhu Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 50,000 tons of melamine and its supporting ammonia and carbon separation device. It is the first phase of the company's planned construction and construction of an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of melamine, 150,000 tons of soda ash and 150,000 tons of ammonium chloride resources. The main project of the Economic Project was jointly invested by Sichuan Golden Elephant Chemical Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Yinzhu Chemical Group. According to incomplete statistics, there are currently more than 100 melamine manufacturers in China, with an annual production capacity of nearly 1.8 million tons, and 75% of the production capacity is based on the gas phase quenching process. Most of the gas quenching melamine manufacturers' tail gas treatment equipments are backward in technology, simple in equipment, large in pollution, high in energy consumption, and low in added value. According to analysis by industry insiders, the successful industrialization of the patented new energy-saving ammonia-carbon separation technology will have a profound impact on China's melamine business layout and the sound development of the industry.

Combination Pump combines the titanium sublimation pump with the triode ion pump to economically increase pumping speed while maintaining the feature of ion pump which can easily obtain clean ultra high vacuum.
