AAM, the American manufacturer of axles , announced the appointment of David A. Culton as the new president of the Americas, responsible for AAM’s business in North America and South America.
Culton’s previous position was President of the European Division of American Axle. StevenJ.Proctor will replace Culton's position as President of the company's European region. Proctor's previous position was AAM’s President of Asia.
In addition, American Axle also announced the appointment of John S. Sofia as project manager and vice president. Sofia previously served as AAM’s vice president of commercial vehicle business.
