Method of use Fill the water tank with pure water according to the instructions, insert the ultrasonic atomizer power cord into the rear panel diagram (2) “Humidifier control socket”, and insert a soft plastic tube end into the ultrasonic atomizer outlet The other end is inserted into the “air inlet” of the top panel diagram (3). At this time, the ultrasonic atomizer has been connected to the host.

Plug in the power of the host computer and press the power switch “1” on the right side of the panel. Press the digital display on the instrument to indicate that the device enters the working state. Refer to the control panel diagram for setting parameters. The setting method is as follows:

(a) The temperature/time key can be switched between temperature and time:

1) Temperature setting: Press the temperature/time key, the temperature setting indicator of the instrument is on. Press SET key to enter SV state, set one of the three digits of the display window to flash, and then press the shift key to shift the flashing number to the desired setting position, and then press ∨ or ∧ key to change the temperature setting value to The required temperature (minimum 0 °C), and finally press the set key to store the set value in the microcontroller, then the left display window shows the measured temperature, and the right display window shows the set temperature.

2) Time setting: Press the temperature/time key, the time setting indicator of the instrument is on. Press Set key to enter TV status, set one of the three digits of the display window to flash, and then press the shift key to shift the flashing number to the desired setting position, and then press the ∨ or ∧ key to change the time setting value. Until the desired time (minimum 1h), press Set to finally save the set value to the MCU. At this time, the left display shows the measurement time and the right display shows the set time. Timing function: when the instrument is sending power, the timing function starts. After the timer expires, the output turns off. The heater and refrigerant compressor stop working, and the incubator temperature will gradually reach the ambient temperature.

3) Status indication: After the setting is completed, the equipment runs according to the set parameters. When the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature, the device enters the heating state, and the heating indicator lights up. Conversely, when the measured temperature is higher than the set temperature, the refrigeration indicator lights and the device enters the cooling state. When the measured temperature is 4°C higher than the set temperature, the alarm indicator lights and the buzzer sounds.

4) Parameter modification: If you want to modify the temperature and time parameters during the operation, modify them according to procedures 1 and 2.

5) Quick setting: When setting parameters, one of the three digits flashes, if you press ∧ key, the last digit of the setting value increases by one; if you press this key, it will not release, and after about 3 seconds, it is set. The constant value is incremented by 1; if you press the ∨ key, the set value is decremented by 1; if you hold down the key, the set value is decremented by 1 continuously after about 3 seconds.

(2) Humidity setting 1) Humidity setting: Press “Humidity Setting” button, the “upper limit setting” indicator (red) of the window will be on. Press ∨ or ∧ key at this time to change the humidity setting value. The required humidity, and then press the "humidity setting" button, the window's "lower limit setting" indicator (green) light, press ∨ or ∧ key at this time to set the lower humidity, and then press the "humidity setting" The “Work” indicator (red) of the window is on, indicating that the computer enters the automatic working state. The difference between the “low limit setting” humidity value and the “upper limit setting” humidity value is 2% (recommended value is 1% to 5%), and the user can also set it according to actual conditions.

2) Parameter modification: If you want to modify the humidity parameter during operation, modify it according to procedure 1.

3) Quick setting: When setting parameters, press ∧ key to add 1 to the last digit of the setting value. If this key is pressed, it will not be released. After about 3 seconds, the set value will be continuously increased by 1; When the key is pressed, the set value is decremented by 1. If you hold down the key, the set value is decremented continuously by about 3 seconds.

4) Status indication: When the humidity in the box does not reach the set lower limit humidity, the work and humidification indicator light, wet humidifier work, the humidity rises to the set lower humidity and then intermittent humidification, until the upper humidity stops humidification . Allow humidity to fluctuate within the required range. When the humidity meter displays EFF, the overflow is displayed and the actual humidity exceeds the hygrometer display range. At this point, the outside door of the incubator can be opened, and the display will be automatically restored after a period of time. Humidification can be done if the humidity is low.
