According to the Jiaxing City Fire Department, the accident occurred at 10:24 on the 16th, and the accident site was located near the intersection of East and West Avenue and Pinghai Road in Jiaxing Port District. The collapsed building should be the factory floor under construction. After receiving the alarm, the Squadron of the port area dispatched 2 cars and 17 people to the scene for rescue.
