This new module empowers construction teams to oversee and manage project assets seamlessly throughout the entire building lifecycle, from initial design to final handover, all from a single integrated platform. The BIM 360 Assets module also enhances accessibility to asset data in the field, enabling teams to carry out commissioning tasks and resolve defects on-site, thereby reducing time-to-operation and mitigating risks. Starting mid-June, this new feature will be included with BIM 360 Build subscriptions and will be generally available.
With BIM 360 Assets, managing all types of construction assets becomes straightforward, including materials like concrete, wood, and drywall, as well as components and equipment such as air handling units, pumps, chillers, and elevators.
