The Hanover Park Fire Department is equipping its new Hazardous Materials Unit 370. The unit features a 2014 Pierce Encore rescue pumper mounted on a four-door IHC 4400 chassis. This new vehicle is designed to handle a wide range of hazardous material incidents, providing the department with enhanced capabilities for emergency response.

The unit is equipped with advanced safety systems and specialized tools for handling chemical spills, gas leaks, and other hazardous situations. In addition to the main unit, the department has also acquired a trailer (Trailer 375) to transport additional equipment and supplies when needed.
